The day after we moved in our neighbors behind us left a bottle of wine on our back porch with a lovely welcome note. Monday a little welcome nest, for lack of a better description, was left on our front porch. No note was with this very fun "nest", but the goodies and fun it contained were awesome! It resembled a basket-less easter basket, filled with little plastic eggs, skull pencils, toys & fortune cookies. inside the little eggs were sayings:
"Intrigue is in your future...beware!!"
"Your presence livens up any gathering"
"Don't pull any one's finger... a foul wind approaches"
We have been speculating as to who could have left such a delightful welcome gift. I know it was someone thoughtful and creative, and have narrowed down my suspects to three such individuals...
