The Smell of Easter

Easter has always been one of my favorite holidays, while it doesn't create the anticipation that Christmas does or your birthday, it was a holiday I very much looked forward to, with many reasons why...  
I always got a new outfit to wear, head to toe!  It usually included some white lace tights and some fancy white shoes, the year I got white cork bottom clogs was the BEST!  Besides the new outfit and shoes, there was the baskets.  I could always count on a few things every year being in my basket, a box of bite-size Butterfingers, a tiny chenille chick and a new box of 64 crayons!  It was the box of crayons I was always most excited about (okay and the shoes...)  To this day when I open a box of crayons I think of Easter!
